Mari C. Greene is a Founder of SearchLight Recruiting Ventures. Prior to that Mari worked as a Director of Recruiting with a boutique recruiting firm in San Francisco where she has worked across a range of industries including Wealth Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Start-up Technology and Consulting. Mari brings more than 12 years of experience in investment management as she served as a VP of Business Development with SB Advisors and spent over seven years as a Senior Financial Advisor with Fidelity Investments, helping a base of high net worth clients with a variety of complex investment strategies. She loves adventuring with her family—traveling, skiing, hiking, scuba diving, and is actively involved with a few Women’s organizations and local San Francisco nonprofits.

Afshan Khan

Afshan Khan has over a decade of recruiting experience in the Information Technology sector. Most recently she served as a Talent Aquisition Manager with Traction Labs Inc. specializing in FinTech, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, VR and Security Sectors. Prior to that Afshan worked as a Senior Consultant with Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures. and as a Director Institutional Sales with Fidelity Investments. Her focus was on the Residence program for corporate innovation and an exclusive workshop for the worlds greatest entrepreneurs to work on their next big idea. Prior to that Afshan had gained valuable experience being part of Corporate Recruiting team at NCC Group and Recruiting Manager with Homejoy.

Jared Heiner

Jared Heiner has over a decade of experience in the recruiting and wealth management industries. Most recently he served as a Director of Recruiting with Paul Andrews International which has been retained by companies for large build-outs, consultancy practices, HR strategies and traditional search work within Financial and Tech sectors. Prior to that Jared worked as a Vice President Wealth Advisor with Springer Financial Advisors and Creative Planning Inc. as well as a Senior Wealth Advisor with Fidelity Investments. There Jared focused on providing comprehensive wealth management including investment management, income planning, retirement plan consulting, charitable giving strategies, tax-efficient investing, and estate planning. In his current role as an Executive Recruiter, Jared is passionate about connecting employers with the best talent on the market. Over the years Jared have had the honor to be appointed as a mentor for young professionals in financial services
